Sweet rolls
Sticky buns (with raisins and local pecans)
Multigrain muffins
Apricot kolaches (maybe cheese, too?)
Croissants (plain, green chile, red chile with chocolate)

Other stuff
Orange-aniseed challah (rolls and braided loaves)
Brioche
Chocolate birthday cupcakes
Filled meringue shells
