Bakery Update





All,

Our rolls are now served at Bodega Burger Co. & Lounge, the newest gourmet restaurant in Socorro. We hope to be providing them other breads in the future.


Today, Allie and I had 18 different products for market, from breads to croissants, angel food and multigrain pecan rolls, peach kolaches, sweet rolls, all baked today before market. 


Here is a list of what we're baking these days.


San Francisco – All white sour dough
Pain au levain – White whole wheat sour dough
Transitional Whole wheat – 50/50 white whole wheat yeast bread with yogurt
Whole wheat 100% whole wheat yeast bread
Whole wheat struan – yeast multigrain with yogurt
Herb du Provence Bread – sour dough with French herbs
Garlic – sour dough with roasted garlic
Olive bread – sour dough with Kalamata Olives
Sour dough multigrain
Cheese with jalapeƱos sour dough
49er Rye
Focaccia
Ciabatta
Potato rye

Cakes
Pies
Tarts
Muffins
Croissants
Kolaches
Sweet Rolls
Bagels regular and green chili cheese

This coming Saturday, bagels will be back in the mix.  If you have any special requests, please let Allie or me know my Wednesday. An as always, you can also find our bread at John Brook's SuperMart. Our local grocer.
